Title: Special Italian Dressing

1 1/3cOil, vegetable
1/2cVinegar, tarragon
2tbGarlic; minced
1tsSalt
2tsPepper; freshly ground
3tbParsley, fresh; chopped
1tsBasil leaves, whole
1tsOregano, whole
1tbAnchovy paste; plus
1tsAnchovy paste
1/3cOlives, pimiento-stuffed
1tbCapers
1/4cCheese, Parmesan; grated
1tbLemon juice; plus
1tsLemon juice
2tsSugar
4 Green onions; with tops, coarsely chopped

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; blend well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
